Nature of the service
Property Shop is a real estate advertising platform. We display listings for sale and rent and connect seekers with advertisers. We are not a party to any sale or rental transaction and charge seekers no commission.
Listing accuracy
Responsibility for the accuracy of a listing (price, area, the unit’s legal status) rests with the advertiser. We review listings before publication and remove any shown to be false, but this review is not a legal guarantee of accuracy.
Licensed brokers
Brokers must be registered in the real estate brokers registry to list on the platform. The licensed broker badge is granted after registry verification and withdrawn if a violation is established.
Fees
Listing is free throughout the launch period. Any future fees will be announced well in advance and will not apply retroactively.
Acceptable use
Posting fake or misleading listings, impersonating others, or using contact details shown on the platform for purposes other than communicating about the advertised unit is prohibited.
Intellectual property
The platform’s content, design, and the Property Shop mark are owned by GENTEK. Republishing platform content without written permission is not allowed.
Limitation of liability
The platform is not liable for losses arising from a transaction between a seeker and an advertiser. We always advise viewing the unit and verifying documents before any payment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Giza have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
